Like many of us, the winter months keep us from riding. We gaze fondly at our trusty steed remembering last summers adventures and dreaming of what this summer will bring. Many of us ride in the basement, if you are like me, you get bored of peddling and going no where, but you keep it up to stay in shape! So I thought this new year and winter, I would do the ‘Push UP Challenge” to help keep fit and have something fun to do with my kids. I am coupling the Challenge with the Whole30 my wife and I are doing again. Come join me…here is the list of each days challenge. If you need more info on proper push ups, please let me know. I personally group my push- ups into sets of 10-15 depending on the day. On the last day, post how many you do (video is best) and I will send a prize to the winner!

We will start January 6th…and run thru January 25th!

Day 1 –
Beginner – 6 push-ups
Intermediate – 15 push-ups
Advance – 40 push-ups

Day 2 –
Beginner – 7 push-ups
Intermediate – 20 push-ups
Advance 45 push-ups

Day 3 –
Beginner- 10 push-ups
Intermediate 25 push-ups
Advance 50 push-ups

Day 4 –
Beginner- 12 push-ups
Intermediate 30 push-ups
Advance 60 push-ups

Day 5 –
Beginner- 15 push-ups
Intermediate 35 push-ups
Advance 70 push-ups

Day 6 – Rest Up

Day 7 –
Beginner – 17 push-ups
Intermediate – 40 push-ups
Advance – 80 push-ups

Day 8 –
Beginner – 20 push-ups
Intermediate – 45 push-ups
Advance – 90 push-ups

Day 9 –
Beginner – 22 push-ups
Intermediate – 50 push-ups
Advance – 💯 push-ups

Day 10 –
Beginner – 25 push-ups
Intermediate – 60 push-ups
Advance – 115 push-ups

Day 11 –
Beginner – 27 push-ups
Intermediate – 70 push-ups
Advance – 120 push-ups

Day 12 – Rest Up

Day 13 –
Beginner – 28 push-ups
Intermediate – 80 push-ups
Advance – 130 push-ups

Day 14 –
Beginner – 29 push-ups
Intermediate – 90 push-ups
Advance – 140 push-ups

Day 15 –
Beginner – 30 push-ups
Intermediate – 💯 push-ups
Advance – 160 push-ups

Day 16 –
Beginner – 32 push-ups
Intermediate – 115 push-ups
Advance – 170 push-ups

Day 17 –
Beginner- 35 push-ups
Intermediate – 130 push-ups
Advance – 180 push-ups

Day 18 – Rest Day

Day 19 –
Beginner – 40 push-ups
Intermediate – 150 push-ups
Advance – 200 push-ups

Day 20 – Do as many as you can in one setting (post video of you to enter prize)
